Aubergine 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Parsley 50 g
Coriander 50 g
Olive oil 50 g
Salt, black pepper, ground coriander to taste
 
Fine dice garlic. Pick the parsley and coriander. Cut the aubergine into slices:

Heat olive oil in the frying pan. Fry the aubergine till soft, about 2-3 min each side:

Then each slice of cooked aubergines season with salt and pepper, and put on it a bit of a garlic, parsley and coriander. Then make a roll:

Put on the plate and serve cold:
