Mushrooms in Sour-Cream Sauce

 
Mushrooms      750 g
Onion                2
Sour-cream 300 g
Olive oil   50 g
Salt, black pepper, cloves to taste

Prepare the spices and cut the mushrooms and onion:

Fry the mushrooms in oil:

Add onion and spices and fry till onion is golden brown . When the onion is starting to brown add the sour-cream and cook about 3-5 min till good thick sauce:

You can serve these mushrooms with:

  • couscous

  • pasta

  • mash potatoes

  • rice
