French Mushroom Soup

 
Dry forest mushrooms 15 g 
Fresh mushrooms 250 g
Water 1 l
Onion 1/2
Cream 30 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Butter 20 g
Salt & spices (black pepper & cloves) to taste
Parsley 10 g 

Soak dry mushrooms in warm water for 15 - 30 min:

and prepare all ingredients:

Then bring soaked mushrooms to the boil and simmer for 10 min. Add sliced fresh mushrooms.  Fry diced onion in oil and butter till soft and add to mushrooms. Then add salt and spices. And cook for 10 minutes more:

Add cream to mushrooms. Blend the soup to a puree in a liquidizer:

Serve with chopped  parsley:
