Couscous with Tomatoes & Onion |

Onion |

Tomatoes |

Butter or olive oil |
30 g |
|
Dry herbs |
1 tbsp |
|
Stock |
250 ml |
|
Salt |
to
taste |
|
Melt the butter in a frying pan
 |

and fry the chopped onion till soft:

Chop the tomatoes and add to the onion, then add dry herbs and fry
for 3 min.:
|
Add the stock and bring it to the boil. Place
couscous in a steam dish and add the stock to couscous. Mix and
put in the steamer for 5-6 min: |

This dish
is delicious on its own or may be served as an excellent garnish to
accompany meat dishes:
