Cooking time: 35 min.
Add salt and pepper to the mince
and then roll it into small meatballs.
Melt the butter in a saucepan:

Add diced onion to the saucepan and fry in the
butter till golden. Then add hot water to the saucepan and bring to
a boil:
Add the meatballs to the boiling water. While
they are cooking, peel two medium-size potatoes, dice them into
cubes of similar size with the meatballs, and add them to the soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the soup for further 20-25 min:
