Potato Soup with Meatballs

 
Water or stock 1 l
Pork or beef mince 500 g
Potatoes 2
Onion 1
Butter 100 g
Dill or parsley 50 g
Salt, ground pepper to taste

Cooking time: 35 min.

Add salt and pepper to the mince and then roll it into small meatballs.

Melt the butter in a saucepan:

Add diced onion to the saucepan and fry in the butter till golden. Then add hot water to the saucepan and bring to a boil:

Add the meatballs to the boiling water.  While they are cooking, peel two medium-size potatoes, dice them into cubes of similar size with the meatballs, and add them to the soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the soup for further 20-25 min:

When the soup is ready, add chopped herbs:
