Vegetable
broth is made from different vegetables and is used for sauces,
soups, and other dishes. It lends food the fragrance of a bunch
of herbs and besides is very
nourishing.
Put in
just about any vegetables in the pot. Pour in water.
Heat to boiling, then lower the heat and simmer for about an
hour, stirring occasionally. Pour or
ladle through a fine strainer. |
