Garlic Sauce

 
Garlic 1 head
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp
Water 1/3 cup
Salt 100 g
 

Crush the garlic and salt in a mortar and stir, gradually adding the vegetable oil and boiled cold water. Salt to taste.
