Apple Sauce

 
Apples 3
Butter 60 g
Plain flour 15 g
Sour cream 150 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
 

Peel and cut several apples into small bits. Cook in butter until soft. Sprinkle with flour and dilute with citric acid. Add sour cream, salt, and sugar and rub through a sieve.
