Green Salad with Roast Chicken

                                    
Cold roast chicken 200 g
Red onion 1/4
Watercress 40 g
Rocket 40 g
Lettuce 100 g
Salad dressing (any) to taste

  1. Wash the greens, drain them and put on a plate;

  2. Peel the onion and cut in long strips, then add to the salad;

  3. Cut the cooked chicken in pieces and add to the plate;

  4. Add any dressing you like, for example, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, French dressing, etc.;

  5. Toss together. Season with salt to taste.
