Staffed chicken with rice

 
Chicken 1,200 g
Rice (half-cooked) 300 g
Apples 2 eh
Bacon 2 slices
Salt, pepper to taste

Take the chicken and stuff it with specially cooked rice:

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and cover with bacon. Heat the oven to 200° C, put the chicken in the oven for 20 min. :

In the meantime cut the apples into piece. After the chicken has cooked for 20 min., take it out and pour the chicken juices on top of the chicken. Put the apples around the chicken. Cook for 30 more min. and then pour the juices on top of the chicken  again. Continue cooking for about 30 min.:

Check if the juices are running and serve the dish on a plate decorated with sliced vegetables:

Use the stuffing from the chicken as the garnish for the dish. Delicious when served with the special apple gravy:
