Breaded Pork & Beef Burger

Onion

Breadcrumbs 150 g
Olive oil  

50 g

Parsley 25 g
Salt,ground black pepper

to taste

Put the pork and beef in a bowl. Add chopped onion, some salt, ground black  pepper  and work together with your hands until evenly mixed and slightly sticky:

Divide into 4 portions and shape into patties. Dip burger patties into  bread crumbs to coat:

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Brown the breaded hamburgers on each side, about 2 minutes per side then cover with a lid  and cook father in a low heat for 10 minutes or bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until burgers are well done:
