Take the meat and garlic. Stuff the meat

Season the meat with spices. Pass the meat through the whipped eggs
and then breadcrumbs:
Heat the oil in a
frying pan and then fry
the meat on both sides till golden
brown. Then add the water, bring to the boil and cover with a lid:

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil:

them. Add red wine and bring to the boil:

Add the sauce to the frying pan with the
meat. Simmer for 1 hour: |
