Cut the peeled squid in rings. Cut the
onion in strips and fry in butter until golden.
Add the squid to the onion and fry for 30-40 seconds:

Add the sour cream,
salt, and paprika. Add also ground chilli pepper if you
like it really hot. Reduce to a thick
sauce: |
