Squid with Onion in Sour Cream Sauce

 
Squid 200 g
Onion (medium) 1
Sour cream 100 g
Butter 25 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Ground chilli pepper to taste

Cut the peeled squid in rings. Cut the onion in strips and fry in butter until golden. Add the squid to the onion and fry for 30-40 seconds:

Add the sour cream, salt, and paprika. Add also ground chilli pepper if you like it really hot. Reduce to a thick sauce:

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or just with the bread.
