Prawns in Apple & Mango Juice

 
Onion 1
Garlic 1 cloves
Prawns (frozen) 250 g
Apple & mango juice 70 ml
Soured cream 100 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Butter 20 g
Salt, dill to taste

Fry onion and garlic in olive oil and butter till golden brown:

Add frozen prawns, dill, juice and bring them to the boil:

Then add soured cream and simmer for 5 min till good thick sauce:
