Carrot Small Pancakes

 
Carrot 500 g
Eggs

2

Flour 5-6 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 50 g

Peel the carrots and grate them finely.

Put the grated carrot in a bowl. Add the eggs, sugar and flour and mix well.

 

Heat a small skillet; grease with vegetable oil lightly. Drop the carrot mixture from tip of tablespoon on the hot skillet to form small pancakes. Brown on both sides:
