Clean the
mushrooms and slice thinly. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat
the frying-pan and melt some butter in it. Fry the mushrooms and
garlic in butter for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms are soft:

Add cream,
reduce to a thick sauce and season with salt and pepper to
taste: |

Toast the bread
lightly, put it on a hot plate and pour the sauce with the
mushrooms on top. Decorate with pesto sauce and a leaf of
parsley: |
