Hot Baguette with Sausage, Tomato & Cheese

Tomato

Butter or mayonnaise
to taste
Cheese 50 g

  1. Slice baguette down the center but do not cut completely through;

  2. Spread the butter or mayonnaise on cut sides of baguette;

  3. Add sliced tomato and sausage;

  4. Add cheese;

  5. Preheat the oven to 200°С (350 degrees F) Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil;

  6. Place the baguette on the prepared baking sheet and cook in oven for up to 12-15 minutes

  7. Serve hot.
