Sandwich with Feta

 
Rye bread
350 g
Feta
150 g
Butter
50 g
Radish
5
Chilli pepper or paprika
to taste
   
1.

Crush feta cheese with a fork into a paste, add chilli pepper or paprika and butter, you can also add bit of a grated onion.

   
2.

Finely chop fresh radish and mix to the feta.

   
3.

Spread the paste on top of sliced rye bread and garnish with a singly sliced radish and olives.
